Tea Creek

Description:

There are 5400 acres of backcountry with 45 miles of trails here. For its size, Tea Creek provides a lot of trails. Tea Creek is adjacent to Cranberry Wilderness, so linking up with the Cranberry area is possible. All of the trails create loops that are good for many different 2 to 3 day trips as well as good day hikes. Tea Creek BrochureTea Creek Map

Directions:

Tea Creek is in the southern part of the Monongahela National Forest, west of Marlinton and adjacent to the Cranberry Wilderness.  There are two trailheads on the southern side of the area, with Tea Creek Campground the most popular (Google directions below).
