Lost World Caverns
Description:
Lost World Caverns descends into a labyrinth of limestone caves. Self-guided and private tours lead visitors 235 feet below the cave’s natural entrance, past stalagmites, flowstones, curtains, and other fantastic formations. Open daily 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. May 15-Labor Day, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Labor Day-Thanksgiving. Closed Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s.
Directions:
Rt. 79 South to Rt. 19 South. East on rt. 60 to Rt. 64 east. Take exit 169 at Lewisburg. Head South on 219, turn right on Washington Street, then turn right on North Court Street which becomes Fairview Road. Continue 1 1/2 miles to the entrance of Lost World Caverns.
