Bakers Run Campground

Description:

Bakers Run Campground is located on the eastern portion Sutton Lake near the mouth of the Elk River. Activities in the area center around the lake, including canoeing, swimming and fishing. The lake is bordered by the Elk River Wildlife Management Area, which offers hunting and of traill hiking. Bakers Run Campground includes seventy nine total sites with some shaded and some in the sun. Facilities include water, electric, a bathhouse, playground picnic tables and a boat ramp. This campground is open from May to October. The campground is managed by the Army Corps of Engineers and are first come, first served.

Directions:

Sutton Lake is located in central West Virginia, just to the east of Sutton. Bakers Run Campground is located on the east end of the lake off of Bakers Run Rd- CR 17/10 (Google directions below).
