New River Gorge/Stone Cliff Beach

Description:

New River Gorge/Stone Cliff Beach Campground is located on the river, with access to swimming, fishing and boating. The historic town of Thurmond is nearby. There are six walk-in sites and one that will accomodate a small RV. The campground is primitive, with no potable water, electric or dump station. There are pit toilets. There is no fee for use of the site and there are no reservations.
