Watoga State Park
Description:
This is West Virginia's largest state park. Tucked in beside the Greenbrier River and River Trail, and adjacent to Calvin Price State Forest and Spice Run Wilderness, this area is one of the best locations in WV for outdoor activities. Watoga has two campgrounds. The Riverside Campground with fifty sites (thirty eight are electric) is popular due to its proximity to the river. The Beaver Creek Campground, with thirty eight sites (twelve electric) is on the eastern side of the park closer in proximity to trails and Watoga Lake. All sites can be reserved.

Watoga State Park is located in southeastern WV, just south of Marlinton, WV. Google Map directions below are to the Riverside Campground. For Beaver Creek Campground, drive to the eastern part of the park on Watoga Park Rd. and Beaver Creek Rd.
