Beech Fork Lake
Description:
Beech Fork Lake is a 720 acre reservoir. The lake is surrounded by both Beech Fork State Park and Beech Fork Wildlife Management Area. Power boating is permitted, but only up to 10 horsepower, so this is a pleasant lake for canoeing and fishing. Two public access points exist, one at the state park, the other at the southern part of the lake at a Department of Natural Resources access site. The State Park offers boat rentals.
