Burnsville Lake

Description:

Burnsville Lake is a 896 acre reservoir.  The lake is surrounded by the over 13 thousand acre Burnsville Wildlife Management Area.  Due to its many coves and narrow shape, this a good lake for canoeing and fishing.  Three public access points with boat ramps exist on the lake.  

Directions:

Burnsville Lake is located in central WV southwest of Buckhannon. Google Maps directions below are to the Bulltown day use access point.  There is a second access point at the Bulltown Campground and a third near the dam to the north of the lake.
