Burnsville Lake

Burnsville Lake is a 896 acre reservoir.  The lake is surrounded by the over 13 thousand acre Burnsville Wildlife Management Area.  Due to its many coves and narrow shape, this a good lake for canoeing and fishing.  Three public access points with boat ramps exist on the lake.

Burnsville Lake is located in central WV southwest of Buckhannon. Google Maps directions below are to the Bulltown day use access point.  There is a second access point at the Bulltown Campground and a third near the dam to the north of the lake.
