Description:

Trout Pond Recreation Area is located in the rugged mountains of George Washington National Forest.  This remote area includes Rock Cliff Lake,  a beautiful 17 acre reservoir with cliffs, a swimming beach, boat access and a trail that circumnavigates the lake.  Canoeing here is intimate and great for fishing or just a relaxing paddle.
