Fox Forest WMA
Description:
Fox Forest Wildlife Management Area consists of 122 acres of land that sits right beside Elkins along the Tygart River. The area is forested and includes hills, streams, a pond and an overlook of the city. This area provides a great resource for outdoor recreation accessible right from town. There are 9 trails/trail segments with about 4 miles of hiking.

Fox Forest WMA is located in central WV adjacent to the city of Elkins. Google Maps directions below are to the Scott Ford DNR river access that is across the road from the trailhead.
