Harpers Ferry National Historic Park

Description:

Although the historic town of Harpers Ferry is the centerpiece of this park, trails allow for exploration of the surrounding area to find great views and experience parts of the park that are less visited.The park consists of 3500 acres of land in WV, Maryland and VA.  There are nine trails here that total 22 miles.  The Harpers Ferry Hikes web page is a great resource to learn detailed information about each hike.

Harpers Ferry is located at the tip of West Virginia's Eastern Panhandle. (Google directions below are to the parking location that includes shuttle into the town).
