Watoga State Park

Description:

This is West Virginia's largest state park at just over ten thousand acres. Tucked in beside the Greenbrier River and River Trail, and adjacent to Calvin Price State Forest and Spice Run Wilderness, this area is one of the best locations in WV for outdoor activities.  There is a large trail system that allows for exploration throughout the park.  Watoga has 17 trails that total 32 miles of hiking.  Park Map

Directions:

Watoga State Park is located in southeastern WV, just south of Marlinton, WV.  Google Map directions below are to the Riverside Campground.  For Beaver Creek Campground,  drive to the eastern part of the park on Watoga Park Rd. and Beaver Creek Rd.
