Description:
The Cranberry River is located in one of West Virginia's greatest outdoor playgrounds. With some of the best backpacking, hiking mountain biking, fishing and camping to go along with the whitewater, this is a spectacular place. The Middle Cranberry is the most difficult section of this river. It is intermediate creek boating with non stop action. Forest Rd. 76 boarders the whole section, so car/road scouting is possible for much of the run. Class III- IV. 6.5 miles. Find more details on the American Whitewater link below. Directions:
